Oben Group is pleased to inform that, on June 12, 2025, the General Superintendence of CADE (Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense) approved without restrictions the acquisition of 100% of Vitopel do Brasil Ltda., a specialized manufacturer of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films, with production facilities in Mauá and Votorantim, located in the State of São Paulo, Brazil.

The steps to conclude the transaction will be taken as soon as the 15-day period from the final approval by CADE has passed.
